Picture Fresno is a cool Fresno creative project started by Paprika Studios. They create regular, themed photography challenges that are open to all. For the month of May, since it was Bike Month, Picture Fresno called and wanted to make bikes the theme. People submitted their pictures featuring bikes for a chance to win some prizes.
